Here is a plan:
If you are camping overnight, you need to park either Here (street parking in front of the park) if you are planning on biking up, or Here if you are meeting us at the top of the hill.
I'd like to meet at the canyon grove picnic area around 2:30:
next we hike to favorte rock #1:
then its a very short bike ride to Favorate rock #2: (bring a swim suit if you wnat to dip in the creek)
then we bike up through montebello open space to page mill road, and to favorate rock #3:
the bike ride to the camp site and rock #3, will deffinatly be a little a challenging (for me at leist) its only 8.6 mi but 2,349 ft of climbing. its on dirt but its mostly wide trails, non single track. And of corse non bikers can meet us up at the top by car.
lastly if you want to camp with sam and I we are going to spend the night at the black moutian camp ground (please contact me sooner if you want to camp so we can coordinate reservations and parking)
